Water in…Water out.

It sounds simple, doesn’t it?  When you get right down to it, that is a description of plumbing in four words.  There are three major components in the plumbing system of a new home.  One is the water supply system.  Another is the drainage system (water out).  Then there are the appliances and fixtures themselves.

In Albuquerque, in order to install plumbing into a new home you need a licensed plumber.  Even if you wish to do some of the work yourself, that individual must oversee and approve the work.  Local codes determine standard plumbing procedures, but a new home’s fixture placement, pipe routing diagram and pipe size depends on the home’s individual layout.

There really is no need to call around for a licensed plumber to do the job.  In ABQ that man is Eric Montoya.  Eric has been this area’s new home and business construction plumbing installer for many years.  Remember, you need a pro on the job even if you are a DIY individual who would like to do some of the work themselves.  Call Eric at (505) 980-9334.
